Global Biotech Revolution

Yesterday Tarquin Bennett-Coles, Senior Partner at SCi Partners chaired a panel discussion on ‘Creating a Culture to Attract and Retain the Best Talent’ for Global Biotech Revolution’s The Excellerator in Cambridge.

The panel was a long time in the planning and included:

Ms Juliana Lim, Executive Director, Talent at SGInnovate

Dr Jelena Aleksic, Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at PharmEnable

Ms Beatriz Rodriguez Gomez, Chief Talent and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Bayer

Dr Chris Booth, CEO at FYR Diagnostics

Tarquin commented: “Thank you Global Biotech Revolution for another superbly constructed event. I was proud to be part of the morning sessions yesterday and would like to thank my fantastic panel.

“It was also a pleasure to see Paula Rogers-Brown, Jason Mellad, Catherine Pollard, Gordon Tillett, Tiffany Sprague, Karen Akinsanya and Marcus Schindler speak so eloquently on key topics like DEI, why we are in this sector, the importance of culture, attracting and retaining talent. My mind is still buzzing from the quality of the talks, the great questions from the audience and the expertise on display.

None of this can happen without the hard work and diligence of the organising volunteers. What a team! I am sure I will miss a few valuable contributors so please share this with them. Thank you, Ioannis Prattis, Anna Gould (thank you for introducing me to the Gap Summit), Adelina Ivanova, Dillon Chew, Sofia Miron Barroso, Mia Kapun, John Joson Ng, and others…”
