Having started as a recruitment consultant before moving into recruitment marketing, James has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives. He is adept at leveraging market insights and consumer trends to create impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
James is a collaborative leader who excels at working with and invigorating high-performing teams. His effective communication skills and hands-on approach foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within his teams.
Prior to joining our organization as Group Marketing Manager, James held various leadership positions where he successfully launched several high-profile marketing initiatives, resulting in increased brand visibility and revenue growth. James’s strategic vision and ability to collaborate across departments will undoubtedly propel our brand to new heights. We are thrilled to have him on board, and we look forward to achieving great success together under his leadership.
Outside of work James is a long-suffering football coach as well as a player, having represented Old Meadonians at the highest level of amateur football in London.
